• FIRST TIME Volunteer Application - If this is the first time you are volunteering on a campus or site as an ongoing volunteer OR you are going to be an intern with CIS, please complete our First Time Volunteer application.
• RETURNING Volunteer Application- Who uses the Returning Volunteer Application? You have previously completed the first time volunteer application
• MENTORING MATTERS Volunteer Application- If you would like to mentor a student through our partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters please fill out this application. The application is a Microsoft Word Document. If you do not have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, you can still view and print the form by downloading Word Viewer 2003 from the Microsoft website (click here).
• ONE TIME/Special Event Volunteer Application - Are you an individual volunteering for just one event or want to sign on as an ongoing Special Event volunteer? Are you an employee or business owner volunteering to do a one time project? Maybe you're joining us on a Super Saturday. Then this is the volunteer application you need to complete. NOTE: You only need to complete this application one time. If you want to volunteer for another one time event, simply email us (volunteer@cisaustin.org) and let us know!

Reference Forms for FIRST TIME Volunteers - Print the appropriate number of reference forms as noted for the volunteer services you will be performing. Please bring your completed references with you to your initial interview with our volunteer services department.
