Special Event Volunteer Application Campus Based Volunteer Application Internship Returning Volunteers Training | Resources INTERNING AT COMMUNITIES IN SCHOOLS If you are interested in an internship with Communities In Schools of Central Texas, please contact our Director of Programs, Eric Metcalf (emetcalf@cisaustin.org - 512-464-9723) to find out if our internship program aligns with your education requirements and goals. If approved for our program you will be given instructions from the Director of Programs for an interview with a Program Manager on a campus location. Following this campus interview you will be given further instructions regarding our information sessions and trainings. Interns may not start on campus until they have completed a background check, application and attended an information session. APPLICATION: All interns must fill out a CIS Intern Application form online at this link. Fill out the short list of questions in the application but please note that you do not have to sign up for anything on the "activities signup" tab.
Note: All interns must either enroll as an AmeriCorps Education Award Intern or a Regular Intern.
