The Men Of Honor

The "Men of Honor" are men in the community who have committed $1,000 to support the continuing work of the XY-Zone.

The Men of Honor are committed to sustaining the XY-Zone, an innovative and effective program developed by Communities In Schools to address the specific needs of young men. Teen males face significant risks and drop out of school at higher rates than females; the risks are even greater for minority youth. The XY-Zone is a positive fraternity for these young men, teaching the core values of respect, responsibility, relationships, role modeling, and reaching out, "The Five R's." The goal of the XY-Zone is to provide support and guidance to adolescent males as they journey into manhood, helping them stay in school and prepare for life.

These donations go directly toward sustaining this much needed and highly effective program. If you or someone you know would like to become one of our Men of Honor, donate online or contact Mary Campana at 512-464-9716 or mcampana@cisaustin.org Your donation will help shape the lives of tomorrow's men!
